This chest machine has a natural movement that is gentle on your body. It goes from a wide starting position, via an ergonomic V-shaped movement path until the handles meet in the final position. Effective and safe at the same time.

Use the machine by pressing the rubberised handles forward in a classic chest press movement, but feel the difference in the V-movement. The machine follows your natural body movement. This results is a higher and more efficient activation of the chest muscles, and reduces the strain on ligaments and muscles. The sensation is the same as with free weights but safer and more stable.

In this chest press you only have the Gymleco step free setting of the seat. Otherwise you have no settings which makes it easy for everyone to use. The gym machine is equipped with a foot pedal that allows you to start in the middle of the exercise. It’s easier to start here and also easier for you to progress your training with more weights.
